With the Cut Catenary function it is possible to cut a
catenary into two separate catenaries. Sicat Master creates the data structure
for the second catenary and associates the catenary elements with the higher
station values to the new catenary. Besides that, the allocation to the
original catenary is deleted. The other data like the allocation of the type of
catenary are preserved in both catenaries.
Note: The position of the
single catenary elements remains unchanged with the separation of two catenary
works.

| Instructions

- Run the Cut
Catenary function.
- Select the first
catenary (Mouseclick on the catenary).
- Select the
location where the catenary should be cut. (Mouseclick at the position) Sicat
Master drops a perpendicular to the track path and divides the catenary at the
perpendicular.
- Make any
corrections, if necessary.
- Divide the
catenary with the Cut function. Sicat Master will delete the catenary between
the adjacent support points.
